Do I need every Cueby product?
No. The app is useful on its own, the Collar is designed to work directly with the app, and the complete home system adds room-based connection and activities.
What comes with the Home Companion?
The complete Home Companion system is planned to include one fully supported Cueby Collar. Final package details and pricing are coming soon.
Does the Cueby Leash connect to the app?
No. It is a conventional fixed-length leash with no electronics, GPS, battery, pairing, or charging.
Is the Collar a live GPS tracker?
Independent collar location is in development. Final coverage, service, battery behavior, and availability will be shared after validation. Cueby will always show the source and age of a location.
Does Cueby replace time with my dog?
No. Cueby helps create useful moments for learning, play, routine, and connection. It does not replace people, walks, veterinary care, or professional behavior support.
